Dingwall (in Scottish Gaelic: Inbhir Pheofharain) is a town and a royal burgo located in the Highland Unitary Council in Scotland, the United Kingdom. Dingwall was once the largest castle north of Stirling. In addition, on the outskirts of the current Dingwall is the Tullech castle.
The Dingwall station provides services to the Far North Line line since around 1865. It also serves the Kyle of Lochalsh Line, with the union of the two lines within Dingwall. The station is served with about 26 daily trains, of which 14 go to Inverness.
